Our house is located on Indian Neck, overlooking the Cape Cod Bay.  The 2160 square foot house sits on 1.21 acres at the end of a private road (read: no drive-by traffic, ample parking space, and plenty of room to play outside).

We are a two-hour drive from Boston (2.5-3 hours in rush hour traffic).  Once you cross onto the Cape (via the Sagamore or Bourne Bridges), it’s one hour to our front door.

Not keen on driving out?  Ferries run between Boston and Provincetown daily.  Check out the Bay State Cruise Company and Boston Harbor Cruises for a smooth 90-minute trip.  You can also fly into the Provincetown Municipal Airport and rent a car there.
