“We absolutely loved staying here!  The spacious deck is perfect for viewing sunsets over the Bay.  Breathtaking view of Great Island…a wonderful place to take a picnic and enjoy a seaside walk.  The deck is also ideal for sharing a leisurely breakfast and then taking a stroll to the beach, which is a very short walking distance.  The Indian Neck neighborhood — where the house is located — is great to explore jogging, and there is beautiful beach and marsh to wander.  The Cape Cod Rail Trail is a bikeable or driveable distance…suitable for family-friendly rides or for the avid cyclist.  The Cape Cod National Seashore’s iconic and dramatic beaches and bike trails are a short drive or bike ride away as well.  Yummy seafood joints and a delectable boulangerie in the neighborhood too.  This home is the ideal location…to enjoy the type of Cape vacation that suits you best.”

“Perfect, compact house with an expansive western view.  Well-appointed kitchen open to the dining-living room and the large deck facing Jeremy Point and Cape Cod Bay.  Quiet, comfortable bedrooms.  Small neighborhood beach within walking distance for early-risers, midday families, and evening sunset-watchers…Best beach experience was a…hike out to watch the seals just north of High Head on Sand Road.  Or you could just sit on the deck all day and have someone else go out to get food and drinks.”
